Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 3 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 60 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $3,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 10 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds are provided; however rescheduling is allowed within 12 months of the original check-in. Please speak to your Rental Agent or Travel Specialist for special circumstances.
Re-scheduling: Confirmed rentals can be rescheduled provided that the reschedule request is provided at least 60 days prior to check-in. Deposits will be transferred to the new date, subject to availability. Any rate increase will be the sole responsibility of the renter. New dates need to be requested within 60 days of original check-in date.

All chef, spa and activity services must be coordinated through our Travel Planner and/or Concierge.
All events must be pre-approved and events fees apply.
Additional Overnight Guests incur a fee of $50/Person per night and must be pre-approved.
